The VarDAR DDF System
The Vardar DDF System has become the upgrade of choice for blown film producers who have a need to recover the loss of production due to high ambient temperatures, limited tower height or when processing polymers with an increased tendency of having blocking issues.

Alpine visit
Vardar Systems Ltd welcomes the visit of Dr Mirko Müller from Hosokawa Alpine Aktiengesellschaft to our facility in the UK, we look forward to working with Mirko and Erik Siegmund in supporting the UK customers with complete Blown Film lines, MDO Technology and upgrades.

Conference demonstration facility
Our Conference Demonstration facility is now available to discuss your requirements for complete Hosokawa Alpine blown film lines, MDO technology and the products we manufacture.
On display is a VarDAR DDF 20 Airing with new carbon fibre blades and temperature sensors to monitor the Delta T through the system. Also on display is a 1600mm wide dual camera VarDAR Vision Web inspection System.
We welcome customers to visit our facility at any time to discuss how we can help you with your blown film process.

New developments
The portfolio range has increased and we have now supplied a number of VarDAR DDF systems for Larger Blown Film up to 4m. Other processs assisting upgrades have also been introduced to assist customers monitoring the effectiveness of the VarDAR DDF airing by gathering more data while displaying and enabling the storing of graphs and trends for future reference.

Training was undertaken this week by the Team at VarDAR Systems Ltd following the installation of the new Water Jet Cutter.
This investment follows the recent installation of more 3D Printers , Powder Coating facility and Pipe Benders all enabling us to keep up with the continued increase in demand.

Did you know ?
The Vardar DDF system, provides a temperature alarm output, to use if you know the temperature at which the onset of blocking occurs, you can set the warning alarm activation below this figure. Great feature when ambient temperatures are rising.

To meet the increase in demand we now have 11 3D printers on site to produce dual directional flow Air Blades for the DDF system using the latest in material technologies out of high temperature resistant carbon fibre nylon.
